Amenities include hot & cold outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffee maker, iron/ironing board, and secure Wi-Fi. The washer and dryer are located upstairs. The dining room table seats eight and there are also three stools at the bar for additional seating. This home has golf cart outlet in the ground level storage room. The ground level storage room is available for renter's use, and is accessed with the same entry code.
