Downstairs, there are two street side bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and one with two double beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed and TV, and the other has two doubles. All four bedrooms have access to street side balconies. The loft has a queen sleeper sofa and TV. The dining room table seats six, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. All TVs have streaming service through Spectrum Merge/Roku.
Amenities include enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceiling fans, iron/ironing board, blender, Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker and secured Wi-Fi. With two oceanfront decks, you'll be sure to enjoy the ocean breezes and catch some sun rays.

Although this property rents for partial weeks in the off season, before June 3 and after August 19, there's a two night minimum stay required. This house does not have an outside golf cart outlet. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
