This second row house features five bedrooms and five baths on two levels. Every bedroom has a private bath. The home is also equipped with high speed internet access. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two queen beds. The second bedroom two sets of bunk beds with a double on a the bottom and a single on top. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed. The other two bedrooms have a queen in each.
Amenities include a 10 X 20 kidney shaped pool that also can be heated in the off season ($100 per day - three day minimum. Please let us know at least one week in advance.), a second refrigerator in the storage room, queen sleeper sofa in loft area, six televisions, a DVD player, central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, high efficiency washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, blender, Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker. There's a gas grill and a propane outdoor boil pot. There's also a porta-crib and high chair for the young guests.
This house is about a two-mile bike or golf cart ride to the famous OIB Pier, Putt-Putt, surf shops, new public park with splash pad and playgound, and all the wonderful OIB restaurants you're sure to enjoy during your stay.
A three night minimum rental is allowed before 6/2 and after August 19.
All properties have pillows and bedspreads. Please note: Sheets, towels are not provided.
There is a golf cart outlet towards the back left by the pool.
