This first floor oceanfront condo features two bedrooms and two baths on one level. The oceanfront bedroom has a king bed, and the street side one has two queens. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for your "drop by" company. Both bedrooms have TVs.
Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside cold water shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, DVD player, and secure Wi-FI. The private balcony offers a beautiful view of the ocean. There are Hibachi grills on the premises, next to the pool.
Although this condo rents for partial weeks in the off season, before June 2 and after August 19, there's a two-night minimum stay required.
All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
GOLF CARTS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THE COMPLEX.
