128 East First Street - This oceanfront house, on the corner of Newport Street, features six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Downstairs, there are two street side bedrooms with a king bed in each. Upstairs, there are two oceanfront bedrooms, one with a king bed, and one with two queens; the two street side bedrooms have a king in one, and two doubles in another. All bedrooms have private baths and all have TV's. The dining room table seats eight, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
Amenities include private pool, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, and unsecured Wi-Fi.

Although this house rents for partial weeks in the off-season, before May 19 and after August 19, there's a three-night minimum stay required. There's a golf cart outlet on the ground level. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
