This “handicap friendly” property features a reverse floor plan, two master bedrooms with king size bed in each. The main floor (top) has a spacious living area, 70” Smart TV, and fireplace . There's a modern, fully equipped kitchen with 2 full-size refrigerators. The first floor features a large living area, 65” Smart TV and a wet bar with mini-fridge.
Other amenities include an elevator to all floors, 12 X 24 private pool with private spa, tiki bar (complete with large screen TV, sink, and small fridge), pack and play, 2 outdoor showers, 2 covered outdoor dining areas (on deck with partial ocean view and at pool) and social areas and much more. All five bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs. The property has a dedicated outdoor golfcart charging area/outlet. Also, enjoy the convenience of keyless entry. Large, breezy decks on both levels give ample space to relax in shaded seating or full sun seating while enjoying the ocean view. There's a total of eight TVs in the house, one in each bedroom, one in each living room, and one on the ground level at the tiki bar.
