This bedroom has a private bath with a tub and separate shower. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and TV, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Amenities include boat dock (boat lift not included in rental), enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, fish cleaning station, blender, and Wi-Fi. There's also a porta-crib and a high chair for the "little guests". The dining room table seats six, and there are also four stools at the bar for additional seating. Located on the T of the canal, two doors from Pender Street, this location gives you both a canal and dock, with direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway, as well as being close to the beach. With a screened in porch, covered porch and open deck, you have a choice of where to sit to relax, watch the boats, and/or catch some sun rays.
This property rents for three nights minimum before May 27 and after August 27. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
