One bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a twin and a twin with a single trundle. Upstairs, the first bedroom has a king and the other two bedrooms have one queen in each. The first level has a bath and a half. The second level has two full baths.
Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, 2 Cable TVs and 2 Smart TVs, crock pot and charcoal grill, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, blender and secure Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats eight, and there are four seats at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
