Amenities include access to an oceanfront community pool at the Islander Resort, approximately two blocks from the condo, as well as use of the Islander Villas tennis courts nearby; elevator, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceiling fans, blender, Keurig and regular coffeemaker and iron/ironing board. This condo is approximately 150' from the Dawson Street beach access and 40 steps to Villas 5 access. The large, ocean facing deck offers partial ocean views.
