The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. Built-in grills are on the grounds for guests' use. This condo is 1/10th of a mile from the Beaufort Street beach access or to the private beach access.
The golf cart outlet is at the parking bay for C-3.
This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified as soon as the property is ready, and you'll need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.
All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
