27 Driftwood Drive - This mid island house features five bedrooms and three baths on two levels. Downstairs, one bedroom has a king bed and one has two doubles. These two bedrooms share a bath. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed and a private bath. The second bedroom upstairs has two double beds, and the third bedroom has a set of bunk beds, with a double on the bottom and a single on the top. These two rooms share a bathroom. The living area and bedroom with the set of bunks has a TV.
Amenities include enclosed hot and cold outside shower, park style charcoal grill, high efficiency washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board, blender, high chair, DVD player, and secured Wi-Fi. The dining room table has six chairs, and there are also five stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. You won't believe the gorgeous sunsets you'll see from the extra large decks facing west. There's a bench and small table adjacent to the dock, so you can cut into the "catch of the day". The private dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. Driftwood Street is a direct beach access street, so you're only a short walk from the ocean.

Although this property rents for partial weeks in the off season, before June 3 and after August 20, there's a two-night minimum stay required. This house does not have an outside golf cart outlet. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
