Upstairs, the first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen and a double bed. The third bedroom has two double beds. There are two hallway bathrooms on the second floor. There's an additional den upstairs with reading area and TV. The dining room table seats ten and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
Amenities include oceanfront pool, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, wet bar, blender,Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker, iron/ironing board, secure Wi-Fi and Sonos sound system. There's an ocean facing porch and a streetside porch for you to relax. The private dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island.
This property rents on a weekly basis only. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Linens, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. There's a golf cart charging outlet in the carport. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
