OCEAN POINT - 63 Ocean Isle West Blvd. Unit 102 - This first floor, 1800 square foot oceanfront condo, in the island's only high-rise complex, features three bedrooms and three baths on one level. There's a king bed in the master bedroom and TV; the second bedroom has a king, and the third bedroom has two doubles. The dining table seats six, and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. This condo has a recently remodeled kitchen with new fridge, and freshly painted walls, plus new tile floors throughout and new drapes. New custom made slip covers for the family room furniture for the 2018 rental season.
Amenities include elevator, seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, wet bar, new washer and dryer, Bosch dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board, and secured Wi-Fi. Hibachi-style grills and picnic tables are provided for guests' use and are located by the beach access. All Ocean Point condos have private balconies that face the ocean directly and offer an excellent view of the beach.

Although this condo rents for partial weeks in the off-season, before May 25 and after August 25, there's a three-night minimum stay required. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO OUTSIDE OUTLETS TO CHARGE GOLF CARTS.
