The loft area has two recliners and cable tv.
Other amentities include private pool, fixed and floating dock for crabbing and fishing, picnic table, 70" smart TV, crock pot, 2 full size refrigerators, drink/ice chest, Keurig and regular coffeemaker, cable TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave.
