OCEANFRONT - Well-maintained, 6 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront cottage is on the desirable west end of the island, close to restaurants, shops, and the pier. Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances and tile backsplash. The living room area has hardwood floors.
Other amenties include private walkway to the beach, sundecks, outside shower, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, two televisions, a DVD player, and wireless internet access. On the main level, the first bedroom has a queen and a full, the second bedroom has queen and a single. There's a Jack n Jill bathroom in between with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has a queen, the fourth bedroom has a queen and a full, with a Jack n Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo. Two of the bedrooms and one bath are located on the ground level - bedroom five has a Double and bedroom six has a Double and a set of bunk beds. There's another Jack n Jill bathroom on the ground level with shower only (no tub). The ground level bedrooms and bath are not accessible from the main house. There are minisplit HVAC units in this area that are very efficient. There are two picnic tables, one on the ground level, and one on the main deck.
This house rents on a weekly basis only. Please note: This property has an outside golf cart outlet. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
