Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, hot and cold water enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, dishwasher, blender, regular coffee maker , iron/ironing board, washer, dryer, ceiling fans, DVD player, and secured Wi-Fi. There's a Cable TV in the living room, and Smart TVs in the bedrooms.
The dining room table seats six, and there are four additional chairs at the bar. Sunbathe or enjoy a drink on the open deck, which features comfortable chaise lounges as well as a patio table and chairs. This house is located directly across from the beach access and a short walk to the Seabrook and Schooner Street pool.

This property has a golf cart outlet under the house, in the carport area. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE NON SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED
