SOUND FRONT - 6 BARNACLE COURT Private dock - This sound front Island Park home features five bedrooms and three baths on two levels. The first and second bedrooms downstairs each has one queen bed. Upstairs, one of the bedrooms has a king bed and the other two bedrooms each have two twin beds.
Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, dishwasher, high efficiency washer, dryer, iron/ironing board, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, and secured Wi-Fi. Sunbathe or eat lunch on the uncovered, large porch, while enjoying the great waterway and marsh view. The private dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. This sound side property is a short walk from the beach access and the community pool.
This property rents on a weekly basis in season and two nights minimum in the off season, before June 3 and after August 20. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE NON SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
