2 Channel Drive - This Island Park house features four bedrooms and three baths on two levels. Downstairs the street side bedroom has two single beds, and the lagoon side one has a queen bed. There's a hall bath on this level. Upstairs, both bedrooms have a queen bed in each and their own private bath. A full size crib is available in one of these upstairs bedrooms.
Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, child booster seat, high chair, porta-crib and full size crib, iron/ironing board, TV, DVD player, and secured Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats six, and there are two stools at the kitchen bar. This house is located approximately two blocks from the Dawson Street beach access, and a short drive to either one of the pools. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads.

Although this house rents for partial weeks in the off-season, before June 5 and after August 29, there's a two-night minimum stay required. You may also stay for a three-night minimum from August 22 to August 28. The golf cart outlet is inside the storage unit under the house. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE NON SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
