SAND CASTLES - 13 Ocean Isle West Blvd. Unit C-4 - This second floor, oceanfront condo features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. One bedroom has a king bed and TV, one bedroom has a queen, and one has two singles. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for your "drop by" company. The dining table seats four and there are two stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, blender, iron/ironing board,and Wi-Fi. There are two charcoal grills on the grounds.
Although this condo rents for partial weeks in the off season, before June 2, after August 19, there's a three-night minimum stay required. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. Please note, condo association rules do not allow for golf carts to be parked on the property.
