5 Skimmer Court - This sound side Island Park house features four bedrooms and two and a half baths on two levels. Downstairs, on the main level, there are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. There's a hall bath, plus half a bath off the living room. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed which has a trundle that pulls out underneath. This bedroom also has a large, comfortable sitting area; the other bedroom has a queen bed and TV. There's a Jack n Jill style bathroom between the two bedrooms.
Amenities include access to two community pools, hot and cold water outside shower, all new stainless steel kitchen appliances and countertops, high efficiency washer, dryer, microwave oven, dishwasher, blender, DVD player, iron/ironing board, and secure Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats eight, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. The private dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. This sound side property is a short walk from both the beach access and the community pool. Catch some sun rays on the wrap-around open porch upstairs, or sit in the shade of the ground level sitting area. Make sure to have your camera ready for some splendid photos of our beautiful island sunsets.

Although this house rents for partial weeks in the off season, before June 4 and after August 21, there's a three-night minimum stay required. There's a golf cart outlet downstairs near the utility room. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE NON SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
