This thirteenth floor, 1953 square foot oceanfront condo, in the island's only high-rise complex , features three bedrooms and three baths on one level. Facing east, this end unit has inspirational sunrise vistas. The large deck, with alcove seating, provides a panoramic picture of the ocean and island coastline. There's a king bed in the master bedroom on the ocean side; the second bedroom has a queen and the third has two queens. The second and third bedrooms have an unobstructed view of the sound and the Intracoastal waterway. Each bedroom has a TV and an oscillating floor fan. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for your "drop by" company. The dining table seats six and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Bedding, lighting and other decor changes made for this year.
Amenities include elevator, seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, wet bar, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player and Wi-Fi. Hibachi-style grills and picnic tables are provided for guests' use and are located by the beach access. This condo rents for three-night minimum before June 3 and after August 20. All other dates are weekly rentals only. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
