The dining room table seats six and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Added conveniences include it being approximately 200' from the Monroe St. beach access, which is ramped, and the OIB Community Center. This house backs up to Fairmont Street, and it's an easy walk to the Coastal Carolina Museum, putt-putt golf, and the pier.
