323 East First Street - THE BEACH HOUSE 1100 - This second row house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms on one level, and sleeps 10. Two of the bedrooms have a king bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has a pyramind bunk (double on the bottom and single on the top) and a twin bed. The dining room table seats six, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
Amenities include enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffee maker, iron/ironing board, Wi-Fi. Relax and enjoy the large open deck with built-in benches, or sit in the shade of the covered porch. This house is located approximately 50' from the Winnabow Street beach access.
There's a two-night minimum before June 2 and after August 19. All other rentals are weekly only. This house has an outside golf cart charging outlet.. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
