STARBOARD BY THE SEA - 266 West Second Street Unit 6-B - This first floor, sound side condo features Hi-Def TV, and Wi-Fi, with three bedrooms and two baths on one level. One bedroom has a queen bed, and one has two queens. These two bedrooms have 14" TV's; the third has a set of bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. The dining table seats eight.
LINENS ARE PROVIDED in 2022: 3 Queen sets, 1 Double set, 1 Single set, 9 sets of 2 bath towels/2 washcloths/1 hand towel. Renter is responsible for making beds and removing linens and putting back in bag for pick up.
Amenities include three seasonal community pools, two on the premises, and one on the oceanfront, with private beach access, parking underneath each unit, tennis courts, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, , DVD player, wet bar, blender, and iron/ironing board. The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. The deck overlooks the sound; you may want to enjoy a restful evening sitting on the deck watching the sunsets over the sound. If you can't tear yourself away from the beautiful view, you may eat dinner on the big table out on the deck. Built-in grills are on the grounds for guests' use. This condo is 2/10th of a mile from the Beaufort Street beach access or to the private beach access.
