THE DUNES - 28 East First Street Unit A1- This first floor oceanfront condo features two bedrooms and two baths on one level. The oceanfront bedroom has a king bed, and the street side one has two queens. Both bedrooms have TVs. The dining table seats six and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, blender, iron/ironing board and secured Wi-FI. The private balcony offers a beautiful view of the ocean. There are Hibachi grills on the premises, next to the pool.
This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.
This condo complex does not allow golf cart parking.
All properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

I stayed in Ocean Isle NC the weekend of May 1st. The condo unit, A1 The Dunes, was exceptionally clean and inviting. I was so happy to enter the condo and knew instantly that I made the right choice. My stay was peaceful and just what I needed. Love the beach and the island! And love this vacation rental. I’ll gladly come back and will share my experience with friends and family.

This unit was absolutely beautiful. This unit was so welcoming and relaxing with the paint choices. Everyone was taken aback at how beautiful it was. The beds were extremely comfortable. You just felt at home when you walked through the door. Weather was not the greatest but since we had to stay inside most of the time this unit was the place to be.

We were very satisfied with our stay at The Dunes. The staff at Willamson Realty was very friendly and accommodating. The condo was perfect! It was quiet and convenient to the shops and local restaurants. It was also one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in at OIB. Thank you for a wonderful week. I would say we will probably attempt to book the same condo again next year.
