A Place at the Beach residents use a shared walkway to the beachfront, and have access to an oceanfront pool and outdoor grilling area.
This unit comes fully equipped with central heat & air, a full kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave, washer and dryer in the condo, Keurig coffeemaker, and regular coffeemaker, cable TVs in the bedrooms and the living room, DVD players, and wireless internet access. The dining table seats six.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bathroom with walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, as well as a set of single bunk beds. There is a full bathroom off of the main hallway with a tub and shower.
Additionally, there are two new sofas in the living room,including a Queen size sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. This condo sleeps eight.
This condo rents on a weekly basis only all year. Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. NO GOLF CARTS ARE ALLOWED ON PREMISES, PER CONDO ASSOCIATION.
