This second row house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms on one level. Sleeps 12. Two of the bedrooms have a king bed. The third and fourth bedrooms have a queen set of bunk beds. The two bathrooms are Jack n Jill with tub/shower combo. The dining room table seats seven, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
Amenities include enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker and regular coffeemaker, Wi-Fi. Relax and enjoy the large open deck, or sit in the shade of the covered porch. This house is located approximately 300' from the Greensboro Street beach access.
There's a three-night minimum before June 2 and after August 19. All other rentals are weekly only.
All our properties have pillows and bedspreads.
