The loft bedroom upstairs, has new bedding 2014 - one queen and one full size bed, and TV; there's a full bath on this level. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for your "drop by" company. There are four stools around the kitchen bar, and there's a half-bath on the main level.
Amenities include three seasonal community pools, two on the Starboard premises across the street, and one on the oceanfront, private beach access, tennis courts on the Starboard premises across the street, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, blender, iron/ironing board, and secured Wi-Fi. The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. This complex is located between First and Second Street, and it's approximately half a block from the Beaufort Street beach access.

Although this condo will rent for partial weeks in the off-season, before June 8 and after August 11, there's a two-night minimum stay required. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads.
