Ocean Isle Inshore Challenge
With over $15,000 in prize money on the line (pardon the pun) this is one Flounder and Red Drum tournament you won’t want to miss. Think of this as the kick off to the season of competition, or just sign up and have some fun in this wild and fun fishing tournament. Ocean Isle Beach Summer Concert Series
Come and join us each Friday night during the summer at the Museum of Coastal Carolina for the Ocean Isle Beach summer concert series. The series begins on May 24, 2019. You’ll find this toe-tapping, hip-swaying music addictive. The concert series lasts all summer long with the final concert taking place on September 6. This year’s featured bands include everything from country to rock, and beach to jazz. All concerts are free to the public. The music kicks off each night at 6:30 p.m. and continues until 8:00 p.m. That makes them the perfect events for the whole family. Make sure to bring a chair, as there is no designated seating.
Ocean Isle Beach Summer Market
The Ocean Isle Beach Summer Market brings together everything you love in one place. Food! The market features all kinds of baked goods, fresh produce, and a broad range of handcrafted items. You can find the market at West Third St. next to the Ocean Isle Beach town hall. The market will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. each Tuesday starting June 4th and ending on August 27th. Check out this wonderful market for fun, food, and unique products.

2019 July Freedom Celebration & 4th of July Parade
If you have never experienced a4th of July on Ocean Isle Beach, then you’re in for a treat this year. Ocean Isle Beach puts on a huge Independence Day party. This year the celebration kicks off on July 3rd with fireworks at the Ocean Isle Beach Pier*. The next day the party continues as we celebrate the only way we know how… with a parade! The parade starts at 10:00 a.m. at the Museum of Coastal Carolina and continues down East 2nd Street to Lee Street. Kids will love the fire trucks, bikes, and floats. Bring the family out and celebrate the birth of our great nation OIB style!
