Because of these differences and the longer stays of most vacation home guests, packing for a condo or vacation home is slightly different than packing for a hotel stay. Here are a few things to you’ll want to know when packing for your Ocean Isle beach vacation.

Linens

Bring specialty kitchen items

All of our vacation homes are well appointed and maintained. Because of this, you’ll find that our kitchens offer visitors a host of amenities. Almost all of them have your basics, like a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Additionally, you’ll find there are plenty of pots and pans, bowls, and utensils. Many homes will have a variety of other dishes and utensils to make your stay comfortable.

If there is something from your kitchen you can’t live without, bring it along!

Now that we have discussed the things that you won’t need to bring, it’s time to get to the things that you will need to pack. Now, remember every family is different, and there may be items that you’ll want to add to this list, but we think it will get you started. Note on local rules

The Town of Ocean Isle Beach prohibits the use of cabanas, canopies, tents or awnings on the beach at any time. All personal items must be removed from the strand at the end of each day. Any personal items left between 7:00 pm and 7:30 am will be removed and disposed of by the town.
