The second bedroom has two singles, and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. There are two bathrooms on the main level with tubs. The loft has a king bed and a sitting room adjacent to it with TV. There's also a full bath upstairs with a new five foot walk in shower.

Amenities include hot and cold enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, high efficiency washer and dryer in laundry area adjacent to front door, microwave oven, blender, Keurig and regular coffee maker, iron/ironing board, DVD player, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats six. as well as four stools at the bar for additional seating. The covered and open canal side porches invite you to sit outside and enjoy the view of the passing boats in the shade, or sunbathe. There's a boat dock if you want to bring your boat, or just sit and fish. The yard is fenced in for your peace of mind if you have little ones. This house is located on a direct beach access street, approximately 400' from the ocean. There's a gas grill on the premisses, and guests are welcome to use it, however, guest will be responsible for propane.

This house rents on a weekly basis only. There is a golf cart charger outlet under house parking area . All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
