On the second level one bedroom has a king bed with private bath with tub/shower combo and the second bedroom has a queen bed with private bath with tub/shower combo. The top floor also has a half bath open to living area. Downstairs one bedroom has a king bed with private bath with shower only, one has a king with private bath with tub/shower combo, and the other bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top. This bedroom has a bathroom that also opens to the hallway. There's an extra den on the first floor to watch TV, or read a book.

Amenities include enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, DVD player, and secure wireless internet. The dining room table seats eight and there are also four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. The sound side screened porch will invite you to sit outside and enjoy the view of the passing boats while watching the waterway, or catch some rays and get a tan on the open deck upstairs. This property provides you with access to the oceanfront pool at the Islander Resort in front of The Isles Restaurant. The private dock on the sound is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island.

The golf cart outlet is under the house. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
